Feeling sad when holiday is about to end, that was how I felt when reaching Yangon at 5am, and it was raining heavily. We had asked the same taxi driver to pick us up (economic calculation instead of hotel and taxi to travel in and out city, we decided to book a day for 50 USD for 10 hours drive on that day). But maybe it was raining, he was late so we had to wait till around 6.30am, to be honest I didn't have any idea where to spend in Yangon but thanks to the taxi driver  first we were taken to Kyauktawgyi Pagoda, it was closer to airport before taking us to breakfast. Honestly all looked same to me after all, too many pagodas to be seen but these one are made from marble stone. They said it is one of the biggest marble Buddha Images in Myanmar with a height of 37ft (11m) and a weight of weighs over 600 tons. Picked up at our Bagan's hotel at 12.30 pm with van to be transferred to bus. But hey it's not.... After got to bus station, we continued with the van, being the last person to be picked up surely didn't leave us the best seat. Sitting  at the back rows for 6 hours? it was okay after all since we were able to reach Mandalay by 5pm instead of 7pm.  Along the way, suddenly the van stopped, the driver and his helper went down, squat down and pee by roadside... What?? Yess, just like that. I might forget to mention that their traditional cloth for guy is sarong. I wonder they wear undie haha. Greeted by greener view, can tell Mandalay is not as dry as Bagan, we can see they got a few rivers running. Seemed the economy is better as well, later by reading, I found Mandalay was the capital city of Myanmar until 1885,  and it was to be the last royal capital of the last independent Burmese kingdom before its final annexation by the British. Saya harus berterimakasih kepada BD (singkatan dari Backpacker Dunia) group , karena secara tidak sengaja melihat posting dari anggota BD mengenai tulisan blog "Bagaimana AirAsia mengubah hidupmu?" Hadiahnya ke Nepal, woww ... salah satu tujuan impian saya, lengkap dengan paket uang saku dan lain-lain, meski kalau dikasih tiket saja, saya sudah akan sangat berterima kasih. Langsung saya searching di Airasia Indonesia facebook page , jujur sudah lama saya tidak pantau Airasia karena setahun terakhir di sebelah lebih murah, dan kebetulan sekali karena saya baru mulai menulis blog, cari dan cari akhirnya ketemu, asyik. Aduh, ternyata sudah mulai dari tanggal 1 Agustus, baca dan baca, syarat yang paling berat bagi saya adalah memakai bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar. Doh.. Bagaimana ini... Mamaaa. Saya sekarang menyesal kenapa sebagai seorang bangsa Indonesia, saya tidak bisa berbahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar, tetapi sepertinya saya tidak mempunyai pilihan la
